Coming out the gate at my first #triathlon. @logan_l_88 and myself held the lead for most the race, with me finishing #first and him #third I believe. My only goal was to see what pace I could push after having swam and biked. Came in with a time of 19min58sec for a #5k #tri #instarunners #running #runners #racewithreason #spartantraining by livin4advntr
