Here are the official numbers. This ends 18 weeks of some of the hardest #run training I've ever done. Due to an infection most of it was a wash. So I'm really happy with the times. Next up is 4.5 months of #cycle training. Followed by 5 months of #triathlon training. by aztriathlete
