Seems like it was the perfect day for fun runs and events today! My feed is full of them! awesome to see! this morning I took on the 10.5km Lake Macquarie run in my home town. After training for and running in at least one race every month since April this year (including my first full marathon!) I'm taking September and October off events to cross train, run for fun and recover! I'm going to take ballet classes, swim, do more yoga and strength work, as well as develop the business plan for my wellness coaching and PT venture. goodbye winter and bring on spring! 🌷🌸🌼 by girl_gone_clean
