So apparently yesterday was national "hug a runner day!" I feel like I should've known this...even though this is a day late this goes out to my biggest supporter of all my crazy running adventures, my husband! I wouldn't have been able to accomplish things like the Ironman without this guy's love and encouragment! We all need people in our lives to push us to do more, and strive for greatness!
