Well. yep. I bloody well did it. all 21.1kms of my first half-marathon!! All on the run - no stopping (that was my goal, just to run the whole way and still be able to finish up strong! I ended up with a 2hr18m time) I tell ya - running has opened me up to so much clarity and healing during a really tough, but amazing year! I haven't been this proud of myself in a long time. whatever it is. yoga, clean food, crossfit, swimming, cooking. doesn't matter. find what speaks to and heals you. and go for it. ✌💜🏃 by girls_gone_clean
