8 spectacular miles in #NYC #newyork From 125th street to the #intrepid and back. Felt great and hip, knee, sciatica, discs all held up. I actually ran better than yesterday and I am hoping once I start training for #Chicago I get back to my high 9 low 10 min pace which I had all last year until the end of December. After a terrible car accident almost 13 years ago, I could barely walk. With therapy, chiropractic help, I have been able to walk and the past 3 years run but it's definitely always a challenge for me. I constantly struggle with pain. It hurts so I slow down and I do it anyway because running has helped me deal with physical and mental goals. Some days I run really well for me and sometimes the pain is unbearable. My plan is to keep running and my goal is to train my body and mind to run past a half like I did last year when I did quite well for me and make my 3rd full marathon --#Chicago a great one. #believe #faith #goals #runner #racewithreason #musthavebeenthecoffee:) by runhealthlife
