Race With Reason: HAPPY FRIDAY!!! Hope everyone is able to enjoy their Friday and will have some time to relax tonight. What better way to enjoy a Friday than with a workout. Today I went to go run down town and with it snowing and blowing. I turned around and came home to run on the treadmill. I didn't fully waste has to go down town I did get some lunch. Today's run was a quick one and getting ready for seeing how well I can do with my 5k time!
