Today I split my run into two. I did a one mile warmup run. Which I have posted, and then a practice race. To see how I am improving. I did the St. J's 5k route because I know a time that I have had previously was in the 26 minute time. I wanted to see if I could beat that. Well, I managed to beat that as well as my best 5k time! I'm so happy that I have improved enough to take a rough 5k course, with a steep hill at the end, and break my pr without that hill!
