Today's run didn't feel good, so I took it slow. Turned it into more of recovery run, and then I did a whole lot afterwards. ~30 min abs workout, ~45mins of yoga, and then an hour worth of shoveling snow. Yeah I'm tired right now and we will see how tomorrow's run goes with the little time I will have.
