Made a yummy 'Chia Fresca' drink with my homebrewed ginger berry Kombucha (a great probiotic and good for the gut)! Soak 3 tbs of chia in 1 cup of water overnight (or at least an hour so they are all plumped up) to make a goopy jelly like consistency, though not as thick as the chia pudding. Then stir in equal parts chia mix and kombucha (or favorite juice). Chia seeds are full of omega-3s, potassium, and are a complete protein. Love having this after a long run to replenish those electrolytes! #runlikekale #runningfuel by runlikekale
