Race With Reason: Now here is tonight's run! I was able to go outside, it was a balmy 27 degree Fahrenheit out and I have to say I was actually really comfortable. I remember at the beginning of the winter where I thought that was really cold. It's funny how we get so use to either the warm or cold that our body can think that a cold temperature feels warm and a warm temp feels cold. Got to love the human mind and body! It tricks us into doing so many things that sometimes we don't realize what we are even doing. So treat your body well and it will do what you want, even though it could trick you still.
