Carrots are full of vitamins and other fantastic nutrition needs, but let's face it... They don't exactly taste the best raw😳 Here is a super quick and easy recipe that will have you wanting more carrots than you ever imagined🙇. Ingredients needed: Carrots Olive oil Salt (can substitute cinnamon instead) Step 1: Peel each carrot into thick slices (do not cut with a knife, use a peeling tool) Step 2: Drizzle the front and back of the slices with olive oil thoroughly Step 3: Sprinkle with salt. You can opt for cinnamon instead. Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool and serve.
