Dark Chocolate is very nutritious for the body; it's packed with tons of antioxidants and minerals. Eating dark chocolate in moderation, is great for your ticker (heart) because it helps prevent heart disease and improve your health. Oh and I did I mention it tastes AMAZING?!! Here are two versions of my favorite yummy dark chocolate snacks! Enjoy😋 Chocolate Covered Banana Bites Ingredients needed: -Dark Chocolate (try to find a pre-melted product) -Bananas -toothpicks Step 1: Peel each banana chopping of the top and bottom ends Step 2: Cut each banana into medium sized individual rings Step 3: stack two rings on top of each other and stick a tooth pick through the middle (you can also choose to leave out the toothpicks; especially if you have little kids) Step4: Dip each banana bite into the chocolate until completely covered and when all are finished place them in a container in the freezer and chill until the chocolate hardens.
